Firstly return email has to be made within 24-hours of receiving the product in case of any mistake or fault at company end. After this time No Return or Refund claim can be made. All problems like damaged cards, quantity less etc… has to be informed on email to firstname.lastname@example.org and call us at +92 – 300 – 4498807 & +92 – 42 – 37420888. Items must be returned in their original packaging in a secure, tamper-proof box. We do not accept partial or used packs of supplies or items returned in envelopes.

Kindly send via couriers with tracking facilities. Almost 3 to 5 working days are required from the date of receipt of goods to process and arrive at a decision on complains.
Following Terms Apply
1: Shipping cost from Pakistan to the destination (delivery) point will be deducted. This is because lot of money is spent in shipping so this cannot be done away with. Client will pay delivery charges in Pakistan and any other country.
2: Shipping cost to send the goods back to our address in PAKISTAN is to be borne by you. Refund will be initiated after receipt of the goods in good condition.
3: In cases where you have bought the samples before making a bulk order and now need to return the goods on grounds of your not liking the design and/or product, paper, +_10% color variation from the online sample, this is totally dis-allowed. When you have seen sample and made an order after seeing them, NO RETURN AND NO REFUND POLICY is applied.
4: In some cases it is seen sometimes a family member sees the card and when the final order is received, someone from the family do not like the card and exchange or refund is requested. In such cases NO RETURN AND NO REFUND POLICY is applied as the choice was made and goods sent after seeing the product.
5: Most of the claims arise due to the fact that people don’t like the product. To overcome this issue, it is recommended that you purchase a sample first. Printed cards cannot be returned for refunds on grounds of your not liking the design and/or product, paper, color variation from the online samples. When sample could have been bought and the sample service wasn’t used, our company (Japan Art Press) cannot be held liable for the same.
6: Colors displayed on your monitor may vary from the actual printed card. Handmade paper tends to vary both in gsm (grams per square meter) and color. A variation of ±10% is an acceptable norm worldwide.
7: There might be minor variations in paper of other grades too. So, a sample should be always bought before making a final order.
8: Though, we try our best to supply cards of the same size as specified on our website, there can be circumstances when the size of the printed card may vary slightly from the sizes mentioned therein. Same is informed on email and after taking your approval then only production starts.
9: Slight delay in sending orders cannot be made a cause of claim. No claims entertained on this part. Delay is part and parcel of printing industry and we try our best to meet deadlines. If any delay happens, sales team does provide you with updates on delivery schedule.
10: For any delay, damage or misplaced by the courier company only courier company will be liable for the same. We are responsible to ship the courier in good condition from our Press. Keep in mind different countries have different duty structures, taxes applicable on imports, which we cannot specify or quantify. All such charges are to be paid by the receiver.
